Specially Designed Training Workshops


Our workshops can be adapted to suit the needs of any organisation, from both private and public sectors including the emergency services, and are appropriate for any staffing level.

Their objective is to give individuals a toolkit of coping strategies to help them recognise and deal with potential mental health issues. Key focus areas are usually stress and anxiety management, including identifying the symptoms of stress, and understanding and dealing with stress, anxiety, depression and burnout. We also offer an innovative and highly effective approach on understanding and treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) using the Human Givens approach.

There is also an emphasis on building resilience in your employees and improving their ability to manage the inevitable stresses of daily life more effectively. We offer the opportunity to learn coping strategies to help them feel stronger physically and emotionally, so that they can more easily overcome the challenges they regularly face and manage stress more effectively.

One to One Counselling in the Workplace


If someone is struggling with personal or work related issues they will not be able to function effectively. Early intervention through one to one counselling can help them to resolve these issues, thereby avoiding potential long term sick leave.

We can also offer specific, effective support for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
